From October 23, 2021, businesses in Industrial Zones in the province have changed their production and business plans in the form of letting workers go and return every day. To proactively prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic at businesses during the economic recovery process, the Management Board of Industrial Zones requires all businesses in Industrial Zones to deploy QR code scanning.
Enterprises register QR code at the website http://qr.tokhaiyte.vn. The number of QR codes determined by the enterprise based on its control needs, the number of factories and employees of the company (maybe 1 QR code for each factory). Then, businesses can print and paste the QR codes at the entrance gate or convenient area for scanning the code at the registered locations. Enterprises must ensure the implementation of the 5K principle, threading when performing code scanning.
People who contact business travel customers must scan the QR code at the factory entrance before entering the enterprise. Employees of the enterprise can scan the QR code at the workplace or locations specified by the enterprise.
All employees, customers, contractors and people who contact business travel in the Industrial Zone must install and use PC-COVID applications to scan QR codes and make medical declarations. In case the employee has no smartphone, the enterprise uses his/her phone number to register a personal QR code on the PC-COVID application. Then, print this QR code on the employee ID badge or give them that QR code print to facilitate code scanning when entering the enterprise.
By the end of October 22, 2021, businesses must complete the implementation of QR code scanning and use of PC-COVID applications.
