11. Policies to expand Industrial Clusters in Vinh Cuu District.
Vinh Cuu District plans to add nearly 700 hectares of industrial land.
Vinh Cuu District proposed that four further industrial clusters (CCNs) with a total area of more than 260ha be included in the land use plan for the period 2021-2030. The aforementioned industrial clusters are located in three locations: Vinh An Town, Thien Tan Commune, and Tan An Commune. Specifically, Thien Tan Commune, there will be two new Industrial Zones, namely hamlet 6,7, which will be around 70ha in size, and an industrial park in Vam Hamlet, which will have 75ha in size. Tan An Commune has one more industrial cluster in Binh Chanh Hamlet, which covers 50ha, and Tan An industrial cluster phase 2 covers 26ha. Meanwhile, Vinh An Town plans to use 50ha of its land for planning purposes.
In addition, Vinh Cuu District is planning to use another two industrial areas as the land - use planning for the next phase including Mo Nang in Vinh Tan commune with an area of 175ha and Tan An Industrial area in Tan An commune about 250ha. Currently, Vinh Cuu District is the place that has the most industrial clusters in the province.
