Soon after receiving Politburo’s Instruction No 30-CT/TW, the provincial Standing Party Committee held a conference on deployment of Instruction 30 and Decree 29 issued by the government for 250 core cadres of the province, gave guidelines to the provincial People’s Committee, offices, units on building specific plans and chose 12 provinces and districts for trial.
After 10-year deployment and implementation of state documents on building and implementing democratic regulations at grassroots level, the provincial Party Committee at levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front, unions and walks of life highly appreciated responsibility for implementation.
Particularly, the deployment of people's direct right of taking command of checking, supervising, and participating in contributing ideas to cadres and party members has been highly appreciated. Effects of democratic implementation at grassroots level have influenced positively every aspect of society, contributing to promote performance of political tasks and good care of spiritual and material life of people. Moreover, a large number of people have eagerly taken part in revolution movements in localities. Relationship between the Party and people has been strengthened and national unity bloc has been consolidated, which has contributed to renovate activities of the whole political system from the provincial level to grassroots level directed to “respect people, be close to people, understand people, learn from people, be responsible for people” etc.
Addressing the conference, the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Tran Dinh Thanh requested party committee at levels, authorities, fronts, unions to continue to promote and renovate propaganda and thorough grasp of democratic regulation at grassroots level to enhance awareness of cadres, party members and walks of life.
