The model Congress pre-summation of grassroots Party organs: most targets were reached

On the morning of May 28, Dong Nai Standing Party Committee held a pre-summation meeting to assess the model Congress and to vote for the Standing Committee, Secretary of Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of the communal People’s Committee on a trial basis at the hall of the provincial Party Committee. Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh, Member of the Central Party Committee and Secretary of Dong Nai Party Committee chaired the meeting.

Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh, Secretary of  Dong Nai Party Committee is addressing the Congress

    According to the pre-summation meeting, the model Congress to vote for the Standing Committee, the Secretary of Party Committee, the Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and the Secretary of Party Committee of and Chairmen of People’s Committee of communes and towns in the province was successful, going as planned. The proportion of women members of Party Committee who are new, young professionally trained and satisfy political requirements increases considerably. Most votes on key positions were cast as expected.

Meeting

    Addressing the meeting, Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh, Member of the Central Party Committee and Secretary of Dong Nai Party Committee highly appreciated levels of Party Committee’s leadership role and directions at the grassroots Congress. In order for the upcoming Party Congress to be widely known and to continue achieving good results, Thanh requested that grassroots Party organs finishing holding the Party Congress compile and prepare all required papers and then report them to higher levels of Party Committee, that Party organs perfect organizational activities, give specific tasks to each member of the Party Committee and implement the resolutions put forward at the Congress from its first term forward and that Party organs focus on seeking solutions to problems arising before, during and after the Congress. It is necessary that holding grassroots Congresses on a larger scale be under regular inspection and supervision so that instructions on how to solve problems will be issued promptly and that eligible Party organs be chosen to hold a pre-meeting with the aim of bringing the people trust and encouragement ahead of the Party Congress.
