Meeting to mark 33rd anniversary of Liberation Day and the world’s 122nd May Day.

In the morning of April 29, at the province’s Square, Bien Hoa city’s Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee held a solemn ceremony to mark the 33rd anniversary of the liberation of Vietnam’s southern region and the world’s 122nd May Day.

The celebrations saw the presence of Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Le Hong Phuong, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot, the leaders of Dong Nai province, the heroic mothers, the heroes of the people’s armed forces, and the representatives from branches, agencies, localities and people in the city.  

    At the ceremony, Secretary of Bien Hoa city’s Party Committee Vy Van Vu made a speech to review the glorious history of nation and brief on the achievements made by the Party and people of the city over the past years.

    During the last 33 years, Bien Hoa has continuously strived to achieve important achievements, to be a major  socio-economic center of Dong Nai province. It has made all efforts to overcome difficulties and consistently maintain a high GDP growth rate, the people’s life has been improved substantially. Besides, Bien Hoa city called on all organizations and individuals to positively respond to the campaign to “Study and follow the late President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example” and speed up the industrialization and modernization cause.  

    On this occasion, Bien Hoa city has launched an emulation movement to reach or exceed the year’s targets.  

    Before that, the province’s leaders and representatives has visited Dong Nai province’s Martyrs Cemetery
