        Huynh Thi Nghia-Deputy Director of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Department said that there are more than 700,000 children under 16 years of age in Dong Nai province (nearly accounting for 30% of the province’s population). Many urgent matters have increased and developed in a complicated manner: children have not been registered the birth, children have dropped out of schools (about 3,000-4,000 ones), and children have been treated badly.
