At the meeting, Mr. Vo Van Mot had given a speech to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the national day. The speech points out the significant meaning of the August Revolution. With the victory of the August revolution, our country becomes an independent and liberal country and people, once were slaves, has become the master of the country and can control their own destinies.
For the past 60 years, The Party has always attached great importance to the construction and perfection of our government in order to build a transparent and strong country.

The opening speech follows by a program to stage the 60 years of development and construction of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam performed by 300 artists and actors.
On the occasion, the Provincial Board for Important Public Holidays will commend units and individuals who are winners of the contest entitled “60 years of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam”.
