On behalf of provincial leaders, Mr Huynh Van Toi, vice chairman of provincial People’s Committee and head of organization board of provincial patriotic emulation movement, reported to Vice State President that up to now there are 53 of 70 units and localities in Dong Nai province had organized the typical model congress. The rest would hold their congress in the end of July instead of in the end of August as planed. Attending the province-level patriotic emulation movement congress are over 500 typical models on every aspects, especially among of them are best peoples who have great achievements in normal life. The 30 excellent peoples in the fields of society, economy and public security will be honored in the congress.

Vice State President instructed: “the patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2001-2005 has an important meaning because it’s not only a chance for each province to review all achievements obtaining in the last five years as to inspire the emulation spirit of the whole population and to honor the best peoples but also a force to speed up the succeed of patriotic emulation movement in the period. To have the congress gained best results, the congress must apprehend the spirit of great national unity and the labour value of employees in all aspects. All reports of the congress must concentrate on analyzing and figuring out best and detail solutions which stood for real things and real persons. Each report must be a best vivid lesson for every one to learn and to follow. Before the congress, there must have practical activities to celebrate the congress. The congress should be solemnly held but in a thrifty way and placed good impressions on the mass”
