Dong Nai department of Science and Technology cooperates with the government secrecy department on the security and information safety

Prominent at the signing ceremony were Mr. Tran Nguyen Binh, vice director of the government secrecy department, Mr. Thach Can, Director of the foreign relation department under the ministry of Science and Technology and Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai, vice chairman of Dong Nai People’s Committee.

In the accordance with the agreement, Dong Nai department of Science and Technology and government secrecy department will closely cooperate with each other over the period of 2005-2007 in the operation of e-signature model which was successfully tested in October. In the next period, the two party will jointly developed the information safety port for the e-government program, construct the e-certification center in Dong Nai, apply information safety measures as required by the program of e-government, e-commerce and electronic exchanges in other fields.

The newly inked agreement proved to be a breakthrough in the coordination between scientific research and technology, especially in secrecy and information safety.
