High-level political delegation of Lao PDR visits Dong Nai

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Hong Phuong presenting a souvenir to Prof. Dr. Somkot Mangnomek.

Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai spoke with the delegation on the socio-economic development initiatives of the province in 2005 as well as the goal 2006. Mr. Somkot Mangnomek was extremely touched by warm reception shown by the provincial leaders to his delegation. He also said that the visit is initiated through desire of the delegation members who are studying in the Ho Chi Minh National Political Institute. He hoped that with his visit, the bilateral relations between Vietnam and Lao PDR will be further strengthened.

In the course of the visit to Dong Nai, the Lao delegation is today scheduled to visit Rung Sac (Sac Forest) Revolutionary Martyr’s Shrine, industrial parks located in Nhon Trach district as well as work with Dong Nai IZ Authority and Donafoods Company.
