On April 8th evening, Long Binh Techno Park Development Company (LOTECO) celebrated their 20th anniversary of establishment (1996 - 2016) with the attendance of Ms. Phan Thi My Thanh - Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Hoa Hiep - Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee and Mr. Satoshi Nakajima - Japan Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City.
LOTECO is a joint venture between SOJITZ Japan Trade and Development Corporation and Thai Son Company (owned by Ministry of National Defense). Over 20 years of establishment and development, LOTECO has completed investment on international standard infrastructure systems with the total investment capital so far of 37.5 million USD. About the management system, LOTECO has been applying 2 management systems including ISO 9001 quality management systems and ISO 14001 environment management systems. There are about 20 thousand workers in LOTECO with the total investment capital from enterprises to the industrial zone of about 533 million USD. Export earns over 400 million USD annually.
