According to Department of Industry and Trade, in the first 4 months of 2016, Dong Nai exported nearly 119 thousand tons of coffee equivalents to 188 million USD of turnover, increased 64.4% more in amount but only 28% more in price.
Exported coffee price in April was slightly higher than last month but was still under 34 million VND/ton. Dong Nai exported coffee to over 30 countries, in which, the U.S., Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Russia… are the top countries to import coffee from Dong Nai. Dong Nai is currently a large wholesaler where Tay Nguyen and the neighboring provinces bring their coffee to for preliminary process and export.
