Establish 4 new agricultural cooperatives

Agricultural cooperatives are determined to invest into the expansion and effectiveness enhancement to serve their members with such services as fertilizer, pesticide, agricultural product procurement, seed and animal feed purchase, management on irrigation and canals, clean water for rural areas, and forestation, etc., which will contribute to the restructuring of agricultural economy for rural areas and gradually improve the living standard for members and laborers. However, there still exist many ineffective cooperatives due to low budget, restricted management knowledge, outdated business strategy and much reliance on governmental supports.
