On June 21, the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City issued a written agreement on taking samples to test for SARS-CoV-2 for F2 cases who are employees of Big C Dong Nai supermarket (Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City).

Accordingly, the sampling was carried out on June 22. Locations are arranged by People's Committees of wards and communes. It is expected that about 741 patient samples will be taken, tested by the method of pooling 5 samples.
The People's Committee of Bien Hoa City requested the Provincial Disease Control Center to assist in coordinating sampling for F2 cases who are employees of Big C Dong Nai supermarket; to notify the results of testing samples to the People's Committee of Bien Hoa City as soon as the results are available for timely direction in disease prevention and control.
It is suggested that the Board of Directors of Big C Dong Nai supermarket make a list of employees who are sampled and send to the Medical Center of Bien Hoa City before 5pm on June 21.
Request the person being sampled for testing to go directly to the sampling place at the time and place notified. When arriving at the sampling point, they must comply with the regulations of the organizers, ensure the flow, keep a distance of more than 2m, do not gather, wear masks regularly and strictly adhere to 5K. After taking the sample, go straight home, absolutely do not go to any locations. Only use private vehicles, do not use public transport.
As Dong Nai newspaper reported, Big C Dong Nai supermarket was home to 3 F0 case to shop and eat. In order to prevent the disease from spreading, the Provincial People's Committee has issued a decision to quarantine Big C supermarket for 21 days, from 5:00 am on June 17 until further notice.
