Enterprises, production and business establishments must strictly implement measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic

​In the document, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested businesses and production and business establishments to regularly check and supervise the strict implementation of measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic at workplaces such as temperature measurement, wear masks, wash hands with antiseptic solution at the gate area for all people coming to work or contact for work. There are specific epidemic prevention and control plans such as: Streamlining for working shifts; requiring workers to make medical declarations; implementing distance in production, lunch and off-shift, break time; regularly clean and disinfect canteens, meeting rooms, restrooms...; limiting the movement and contact between workers at different lines and workshops in the factory.

Businesses wishing to carry out administrative procedures must do on the online public service portal of the province or use the public postal service. Temporarily suspend the receive and return of direct dossiers for businesses residing in provinces that are implementing social distancing in accordance with Directive No. 15/CT-TTg dated March 27, 2020 and Directive No. 16/CT-TTg March 31, 2020 of the Prime Minister at the Center of Public Administration to ensure the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic in Dong Nai province. In urgent cases, enterprises should contact Dong Nai Provincial Public Service Center 0251.1022 for assistance and guidance.

Enterprises, based on the actual situation of the unit, set up "Covid-19 safety teams" at the enterprise with at least 3-5 people. Monitor, examine and supervise the health status of employees.

Timely detecting and reminding cases of violations on epidemic prevention and control at the workplace in accordance with the enterprise's epidemic prevention and control regulations and the local government's epidemic prevention and control regulations. Promptly report to management leaders and the health department of the enterprise when detecting cases of employees with suspected symptoms of Covid-19 (cough, fever, difficulty breathing ..) for handling.

Support businesses and authorities to trace Fl, F2 cases and emergency cases when businesses have Covid-19 cases or have to be isolated according to the decision of the competent authority. It is recommended that enterprises arrange workers (including foreign experts and business owners) who permanently or temporarily reside in epidemic-affected provinces and cities to stay in Dong Nai province (staying at businesses, renting houses, hotels, boarding houses), minimizing frequent daily travel between epidemic-affected areas and non-epidemic areas in order to limit the spread of disease in factories and enterprises; or have an online working plan that does not affect the business's production and business activities. The Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Management Board of Dong Nai Industrial Parks were assigned to actively coordinate with the Department of Health in guiding businesses, production and business establishments to comply with regulations; regularly update the situation, handle according to competence; proactively and promptly advise and propose the Provincial People's Committee to consider and handle enterprises that do not strictly comply with regulations on epidemic prevention and control, leading to the spread of disease.
