Receive registrations from businesses wishing to buy Covid-19 vaccines

Accordingly, based on the need to soon have vaccines to inject for employees of enterprises and production and business establishments, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province has submitted a document to the Government for permission to implement the social program to develop vaccines against Covid-19 in the province. In which, businesses will spend money to buy vaccines at the negotiated price of the Government to inject for officials, employees who working at their facilities.

The Department of Health proposed that departments, agencies and localities deploy to production and business establishments, businesses inside and outside industrial zones to register the need to buy Covid-19 vaccine.

According to this document, Vietnam is using AstraZeneca vaccine. Name of production facility, country of manufacture: Catalent Anagni S.R.L – Italy; CP Pharmaceuticals Limited – UK; IDT Biologika GmbH - Germany. In the coming time, it is expected that the Ministry of Health will put into use the vaccines of Pfizer/BioNTech, Sputnik V.

Reference price of vaccines: AstraZeneca's vaccine is temporarily calculated at 120,000 VND/dose; Pfizer's vaccine is temporarily estimated at 170,000 VND/dose. Other vaccines currently do not have a reference price.

The Department of Health requests production and business establishments and enterprises in industrial parks to send registration forms to buy vaccines to the Management Board of industrial zones.

Production and business establishments and enterprises outside the industrial zone shall send the registration form to buy vaccines to the health centers of the districts and cities.

The Management Boards of Industrial Parks and Health Centers of districts and cities shall summarize the list and send to the Department of Health before June 30, 2021.
