​Nhon Trach District has many projects for further implementation

In 2022, the Provincial People's Council has approved for nearly 290 projects over three years to keep on implementing. The projects that continue to be implemented are mostly roads, cultural houses, schools, residential areas in Bien Hoa City, Nhon Trach, Long Thanh and Dinh Quan Districts. These above projects have an area of ​​​​nearly 5.2 thousand hectares of land to be recovered. Currently, the People's Committee of the province, the People's Committee of the districts have just issued a decision to recover the land of more than 300 hectares. Many projects are slow to implement due to problems in the process of completing procedures, land documents and planning that have not yet implemented at the same time, and waiting for adjustment and supplementation.

There are some over 3-year projects with a large area continue to be implemented, such as Long Thanh eco-tourism urban area about 771 hectares, villas area of ​​​​Dong Dai Mountain, the resettlement area has 155 hectares (Bien Hoa City), Residential Area in Binh Son urban having 555 hectares (Long Thanh District), Eastern transit warehouse 300 hectares (Trang Bom District), Dai Phuoc tourist urban area has 130 hectares (Nhon Trach District).
