With these machines, each machine only needs 1 worker to control and still ensure the productivity.
Mr. Liao Shu Jiang, production manager of the company, said that the enterprise currently has nearly 500 employees. After the Covid-19 pandemic, the Company has stabilized production and had many orders from partners. This is a favorable production sign, creating motivation for enterprises to determine to win in the year. However, from the beginning of the year until now, the company has been continuously lack of workers due to not being able to recruit. In order to adapt the signed orders, the company imported more modern machinery lines for production. Accordingly, workers are also trained directly at the factory to quickly adapt to the job.
“If in the past, a line needed 4 workers, when applying supporting industrial machines to production, we just need 1 CNC machine worker who can still produce quality products thanks to the installed system with available technical data. In addition, new machines only need 1-2 workers to control. Although the work is lighter than it was, it requires workers to have technical skills, techniques, and take on the work quickly in order to be the master of new modern technologies and meet the job requirements "- Mr. Liao Shu Jiang added.
Similarly, many enterprises in the province are promoting the application of automatic lines in production. At the same time, senior employees are also trained to adapt to new technologies. A representative of Yuen Foong Yu Dong Nai Paper Co., Ltd (Long Thanh) said that in 2021, the company will expand production and invest in many automatic cartoning machines to completely replace manual work as before. The imported modern machines are worth about USD5 million per a machine.
Mr. Le Van Minh, the leader of the control group of the above machines, said that at the beginning of controlling modern machines at the company, workers found it difficult because they were unfamiliar with them. Having not including the technical data are used in English, so workers cannot adapt quickly. However, after 2 weeks of being trained directly on the machine, most workers started working very effectively. “I think that if workers do not quickly grasp 4.0 technology into production, it will be very difficult to meet job requirements when enterprises continuously innovate production and have more demanding requirements from workers' skills. Therefore, if workers are skilled, their income will be stable and they will have a strong foothold in the enterprise," said Minh.

Modern machines will be pre-programmed to create products, workers only need to control a few small operations for the machine to work. However, with unskilled workers who accept new technology slowly, it takes a long training process to be able to control well. Not to mention during the production process, if the machine has a technical error, workers must know how to promptly handle arising situations so as not to affect production.
