Strengthen the propaganda for the policies of loans support, wages for people stop working, and restore production

​Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, departments, agencies, mass organizations, socio-political organizations, units and localities based on their functions and tasks to promote propaganda on policies to support employers to borrow loans to pay wages to people who stop working, pay wages to restore production to employees according to Resolution No. 68/NQ-CP dated July 1, 2021 of the Government, Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg dated July 7, 2021 of the Prime Minister and Plan No. 8015/KH-UBND dated July 13, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee to cadres, civil servants and public employees, employees, members, businesses, employers and all classes of people in the province to know and understand the policies and their conditions for benefiting from them.

Provincial Labor Confederation, Dong Nai Industrial Zone Authority, Dong Nai Automobile Transport Association, Dong Nai Tourism Association, Dong Nai Business Association, Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs’ Association actively propagate, guiding businesses and members on loan policies and conditions. Actively review, make a list and provide information on the production situation, work stoppage, etc. of enterprises, employers and members under their management to send the information to the Social Policy Banks or branches based in districts or cities so that those banks record the information, promptly receive documents, appraise and deploy the loans. Branches of Vietnam Bank for Social Policies in the province proactively cooperates with relevant departments, branches, units and localities to take note the information, meet with policy beneficiaries, concentrate human resources, capital sources, deploy and implement policies and receive the paper-works, appraise and approve the enterprise's application for a loan to pay the salary for work stoppage, and pay the salary to restore production, ensure prompt and timely compliance with the provisions of Chapter X Decision No. 23/2021/QD - TTg dated July 7, 2021 of the Prime Minister. Timely report the difficulties and problems and periodically report on implementation results to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to summarize, report to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces, and socio-political organizations at all levels shall strengthen propaganda of the policies, perform the function of supervision and social criticism, and ensure the policy implementation to the right beneficiaries, publicity and transparency, avoiding abuse and profiteering of policies; record and report timely information on difficulties and problems in the implementation process for the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and relevant departments, agencies and sectors to promptly handle the obstacles. People's Committees of districts and cities direct the People's Committees of communes, functional departments and agencies, and local radio and television agencies to promote propaganda and closely coordinate with Branches and transaction offices of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to promptly implement the direction of the Government, the Prime Minister and the Provincial People's Committee.
