​Selecting investors for 6 real estate projects

Dong Nai's forecast is that in 2023, there will be 6 projects put on the list of land acquisition for bidding to select investors. Currently, the province has reviewed the procedures of the above projects and completed the submission to the provincial People's Council for adoption at the end of the year to serve as the basis for implementation. The projects have a total area of nearly 90ha, concentrated in Bien Hoa City and Trang Bom District. In which, Bien Hoa City has 4 projects including: High-rise apartment building in Tam Phuoc ward, Hoang Minh Long Son residential and ecological villa, 2 planned residential areas in Tam Phuoc ward. Trang Bom district has two projects: residential garden house - resort in Dong Hoa commune and residential area in Song Trau Commune.

Bien Hoa City expects to have many projects bidding for investor selection

The above projects have all been included in the land use plan in 2023 and the housing development plan in the 2021-2025 period. Thus, after the project is approved by the provincial People's Council the list of land recovery will be publicly invited to participate in bidding, which units won the bid will implement the project and be put into use by the end of 2025.
