​(CTTĐT-Dong Nai) - On August 1, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh worked with departments, offices, localities and Kim Oanh Group Joint Stock Company on social housing projects in the province invested by the enterprise. Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang also attended the meeting.

Currently, Kim Oanh Group Joint Stock Company is planning to invest in social housing projects in Bien Hoa city, Nhon Trach and Trang Bom districts. These are component projects meant to implement the group's plan of developing social and low-income housing from 2022 to 2028, with a vision to achieve 27 thousand houses in 2030.

At the meeting, representatives of departments and offices discussed with the company about the project's every detail and difficulty in order to find solutions. At the same time, involved units also reminded the investor about the legal procedures and the province's general planning. As most of the real estate and housing projects this company invested in Dong Nai were left unfinished, the group's motivation needed to be reconfirmed.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Linh welcomed the group’s intention to help the province establishing social and low-income housing.  Kim Oanh Group Joint Stock Company is experienced in investing in real estate projects. However, the company must allocate its resources to make sure each project is up to speed. Regarding the difficulties which the company is experiencing, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee recommended the Provincial People’s Committee, departments and offices to join hands with the company and keep reviewing the issues of legal procedures, financial capability, and experience of the company to find suitable solution. ​
