Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoang, speaking at the working session.

At the meeting, representatives from departments and sectors, who are members of the task force led by the Department of Planning and Investment, reviewed legal documents related to the infrastructure investment project of the Quang Trung Industrial Cluster. They shared and proposed solutions to resolve the difficulties and obstacles the project is facing.

One of the major obstacles is the lack of synchronization between the establishment of the industrial cluster and the issuance of the investment certificate. Specifically, the project was initially granted an investment certificate for an area of about 31.3 hectares, while the decision to establish the industrial cluster approved a total area of 79.8 hectares. However, the decision to establish the industrial cluster has not yet fully updated the contents of the investment certificate.

After listening to the opinions of the relevant units, Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Hoang assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to lead the task force in reviewing the project's documentation, regulations, content, and procedures. The task force is to propose solutions and advise the PPC on ways to resolve the challenges of the Quang Trung Industrial Cluster project, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and planning.
