At the meeting, staff from the Provincial Party Office reported and made several proposals to the Provincial Party Secretary, focusing on key issues related to socio-economic development, national defense and security, Party-building efforts, and mass organization activities.

One of the key issues raised was the ongoing challenges in land clearance, resettlement, and the implementation of key projects across the province. Additionally, the review of administrative reform work at the local level, especially at the commune level, revealed issues with compliance to administrative discipline and regulations. Strengthening leadership and guidance, particularly enhancing the responsibility of the local Party committees and government in administrative reform, is essential, as this level of government is closest to the people.

In his remarks, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh appreciated valid insights, suggestions, and proposals from the Provincial Party Office staff. He commended the office for its strong advisory support to both him and the Provincial Standing Party Committee.

He urged the Provincial Party Office staff to continue improving the quality of their advisory work, particularly in appraising proposals from the Provincial People's Council, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and various departments and sectors when submitting documents to the Provincial Standing Party Committee. All submissions must strictly adhere to legal regulations.

Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh emphasized that when drafting policies or issuing decisions from the Provincial Standing Party Committee, they must meet legal standards and be suitable for the practical conditions in Dong Nai.

The Party Office must closely monitor the progress of directives and tasks from the Provincial Party Secretary, the Provincial Standing Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee with various departments, sectors, and the Provincial People's Committee. All directives must be diligently followed up until concrete results are achieved, and no issue should be left unresolved. The office should also oversee the province's resource management to provide effective advisory services to the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Provincial Standing Party Committee. When drafting resolutions, attention must be paid to the resources needed to implement these resolutions comprehensively.

Responding to the Provincial Party Office's suggestion regarding field visits by Provincial Party leaders, Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh requested that the Party Office develop a plan for all members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to conduct field visits to the Provincial Public Administration Center and the one-stop shop departments of various districts over two consecutive months. These visits aim to gain insights into the local administrative reform process and address any ongoing shortcomings.

Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh also asked the Provincial Party Office to continue advising the Provincial Standing Party Committee on other key issues, such as social housing development, the establishment of new industrial zones, achieving Net-Zero emissions, citizen reception, and the handling of complaints and denunciations in accordance with the law.

Additionally, Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh directed the Provincial Party Office to closely monitor and report on the training and educational programs for officials, ensuring that the Provincial Standing Party Committee is well-informed about the attitude and commitment of the officials sent for training.
