Based on the opinions of the people and enterprises on the quality of administrative procedures settlement, the service attitude of civil servants, the province promptly issued documents directing to rectify the unsatisfied issuesreported by people, such as: time to process dossiers is long, late; instructions are not clear, not friendly with the people.
Before that, right from the beginning of 2020, the Provincial People's Committee issued plan 1036/KH-UBND on surveying people's satisfaction with the service of state administrative agencies in 2020. The plan was implemented. Currently 17 departments, branches, 11 districts, cities, 170 communes, wards and towns and vertical agencies (social insurance, tax, police). The survey continues to be done through time analysis software in order to promptly and objectively record the survey results. From there, notify units and localities to correct administrative procedures settlement activities, improve the satisfaction level of people and businesses.
