On December 27, the Provincial Investigating Police Office continued to detain Do Phi Ho (24 years old) and Do Hong Phuc (19 years old, Ho's younger brother), both living in Bau Ham 2 (Thong Nhat commune). During the search of the whereabouts of these subjects, the police force seized a total of 745 plastic seal samples bearing the names of many authorities and police units across the country; one set of computers, a plastic injection machine, and two printers.
Working with the police, the subjects claimed to have bought the aforementioned seal samples for 26 million VND to serve the making of fake papers.
To implement this plan, the subjects used social networks to communicate: from ordering the seal sample to searching for "potential customers", those wishes to make fake documents. The papers that these subjects target are citizenship cards, all kinds of qualifications ... In particular, the subjects specifically focus on making citizenship cards.

After a client ordered to make the above documents, the subjects also transacted and exchanged via social networks.
According to the local police, the above subjects had just come to rent this house for a while to operate, and were discovered by the police. During the inspection of this house, the police also discovered that both Ho and Phuc were gathering with a group of friends to use drugs. To serve the night out, after renting the house, the subjects designed a room with full sound and light to use drugs.
