​There has been investor would like to lease land for business of tourism and resort in the Da Ton Lake region (Tan Phu District).

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, in the past time, many businesses have planned to invest in Dong Nai in 4 types of projects related to tourism and resort but have not been allocated or leased land by the provincial government. Including the Project of Construction of apartments combined with accommodation - Condotel; Project of office combined with accommodation - Officetel; Project of farm combined with accommodation- Farmstay; The project of house combined with accommodation - Homestay. The reason why the Provincial People's Committee has not yet signed the decision on land allocation or land lease for the implementation of the above projects is that through the review of legal documents on land use, there is no guidance on handling these cases.

Recently, the province has also requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to study and supplement the regulations on land allocation, land lease, grant of land use right certificates and conditions for business and transfer for the above types of project for local implementation in the near future. These types of projects are so potential that many domestic and foreign investors have paid attention and wish to make investment.
