Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc chaired the meeting.

In urban areas, land prices will be increased for 21 road sections in Bien Hoa City, Long Khanh City, Dinh Quan District and Cam My District. Rural areas are added to the land price list for 59 roads belonging to Cam My, Dinh Quan, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach, Thong Nhat, Trang Bom, Vinh Cuu and Xuan Loc. The highest proposed increase is more than 30%. At the same time, adjusting and supplementing the price list of agricultural and non-agricultural land for Long Giao town (Cam My District); agricultural land price adjustment in Vinh An town (Vinh Cuu district) and 3 communes of Long Thanh district. The adjustment level increases from 25-38% for annual and perennial crops, aquaculture land, and production forest land by 10-30%.

Most of the members of Land Evaluation Council of the province and localities agree with the above adjustment contents. However, it is also required to reconsider the land price in some areas when the adjustment is too high because it will affect the ongoing projects and the attraction of investment in the fields, especially the agricultural sector.

Noting the opinions of members of the Provincial Land Evaluation Council, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Tan Duc, requested localities to coordinate with relevant departments and agencies, carefully review once again the adjustment, supplementing the price of each type of land accordingly so as not to affect the development of the locality and receive great consensus of people, businesses, and units. By October 15, 2022, localities have completed comments on the draft to send to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to complete the content to submit to the Provincial People's Council at the first meeting of December 2022.
