The UK’s Parliament Delegation Pays a Working Visit to Dong Nai

On its working visit to Vietnam that started on September 19, the UK’s Parliament delegation led by the UK’s Parliament Member Chris Ruane came to meet with the leadership of Dong Nai People’s Committee.

Vice Chairperson of Dong Nai People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Tri received and had a working session with the delegation.

According to its work schedule, the delegation gathered information on Dong Nai’s socio-economic development, Agent Orange/ Dioxin victims’ situation, and contributions to relieving the pains that Agent Orange victims and their own families are suffering.

The delegation’s visit to Centre for Caring for Orphans and Handicapped Children

On behalf of Dong Nai People's Committee, Vice Chairperson Nguyen Thanh Tri gave his special thanks and warm congratulations to the delegation and its members.

Simultaneously, Tri hoped that Parliament members would be able to get a better understanding of Dong Nai and combine its voice with that of advanced peoples in the world with the aim of preserving justice for Agent Orange victims in Vietnam.

Also, the UK’s Parliament delegation visited Centre for Caring for Orphans and Handicapped Children in Dong Nai.
