Focus on Expansion of New Models

Over the past years, the implementation of resolutions has made a big change to the awareness and actions of levels of Party committees, officers, Party members and the political system towards the roles of workers, civil servants, laborers, youth and labor unions.

Levels of Party committees have developed programs and made specific plans to promote the roles of workers, laborers, civil servants, and labor unions and the assault and creative roles of the youth.

Thanks to this, the position and roles of workers, civil servants, laborers, and labor unions have gradually been promoted and youth union and teenager movements have seen many of positive changes, contributing to a successful completion of the province’s socio-economic targets.

However, there have remained difficulties and issues in the process of implementation.

Some targets have not been met compared with those in the Resolution.

At the meeting, delegates gathered to discuss such existing issues as how to improve political level, academic knowledge, and professional skills of workers, civil servants, and laborers and how to solve workers’ pressing issues concerning housing, spiritual life, and how to develop the Party members among workers and young people.

Addressing the meeting, Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh noted that levels of Party committees, local authorities, and unions should take a second look at the targets that they fail to accomplish and that they have partly accomplished to work out possible solutions; focus on making the innovations of contents and operational methods suitable for each individual with the aim of improving the quality of labor and youth unions; evoke potentials and intelligence of youth union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers.

Thanh stressed that it is necessary to take better care of finding out, confirmation and expansion of new models in each organization’s activities.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee at Dong Nai Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to 96 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the directions and implementation of the above resolutions.
