The Delegation of the Central Party Secretariat Pays a Working Visit to Dong Nai Party Committee

May 18, the Delegation of the Central Party Secretariat led by Deputy Head of the Secretariat Nguyen Huu Tu and Dong Nai province had a working session concerning IT application in the agencies, and committees at Dong Nai Committee Party.

Deputy Secretary of the Standing Committee at Dong Nai Party Committee Le Hong Phuong received and had a working session with the delegation.

The working session

Dong Nai Party Committee’s report said that up to now the Secretariat of the Dong Nai Party Committee has been equipped with data backup, anti-virus, and unauthorized access-to-data systems with the aim of improving wireless internet access system in eleven districts, and towns, and in the Municipal Party Committee.

Internet connection is guaranteed 24 hours a day.

The system to manage Party members’ records which contain more than 40,000 files (accounting for 93 percent of Party members’ profile in the province) is regularly updated.

IT application has brought much efficiency and saved time and printing costs.

Making evaluation of Dong Nai Party Committee’s IT application, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tu said that this is an encouraging result, meeting the Party’s database computerization and making a quicker and more effective information exchange.

In the forthcoming time, Dong Nai Party Committee is required to pay more attention to training premium IT human resources to meet the Party’s requirements.
