Professional Skills Training Course for Delegates of Levels of People’s Council

The meeting

At the meeting, People’s Council delegates heard seven specific subjects that focus on such key issues as the People’s Council’s roles, features, and operational principles; the People’s Council’s make-up; the People’s Council meeting’s meaning, process, and procedures; connection between People’s Council delegates and voters; the implementation of functions like decision-making and supervision of the People’s Council; skills to collect and process information; skills to give presentation and make speeches; the issues on how to promote the role of People’s Council delegates inside and outside the meeting.

Addressing the meeting, Chairperson of Dong Nai People’s Council Tran Van Tu, asked that the delegates of levels of People’s Council focus research into all subjects, attempt to learn, and discuss to acquire knowledge and skills that help effectively implement action programs and do what they have promised voters.
