Meeting to Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of Foundation of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers

Attending the meeting, participants reminisced about the glorious tradition of Dong Nai Young Pioneers.

Dong Nai Young Pioneers praised 70 teachers who are in charge of young pioneers’ activities and who have made a lot of contributions and 70 outstanding young pioneers who are key members.

At the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Standing Committee at Dong Nai Party Committee Le Hong Phuong stated: “Dong Nai are in urgent need of the citizens with knowledge, morality and good health to contribute to making the country more prosperous and civilized.

Therefore, young pioneers and pupils are required to strive to learn, and to train themselves to become good children, pupils, and citizens.

He suggested that levels of Party committees, levels of authorities, parents, and teachers keep upholding the spirit of responsibility and of cooperation in investing in care and education to provide pupils with opportunities to study and play.

The same day, Dong Nai Young Pioneers organized a visit to Tran Bien Temple of Literature, and Dong Nai Museum for young pioneers, offering gifts to disabled children at social patron centers in Bien Hoa City and collaborating with Dong Nai Children's House in holding play activities for children.
