Inspection upon How the Party’s Directives and Resolutions to Be Implemented

Ms. Bui Ngoc Thanh is delivering a speech at Nhon Trach Party Committee

In Tan Phu district, Member of the Standing Committee at Dong Nai Party Committee, Head of the Inspection Commission at Dong Nai Party Committee, and Chairperson of Dong Nai People’s Council Tran Van Tu acknowledged Tan Phu Party organs’ achievements in the first half of 2011.

Also, Tu asked that Tan Phu ought to focus on strengthening the leadership machinery to lead the people and to accomplish targets and tasks in the second half of 2011.

Especially, Tan Phu is required to focus on training and planning for its staff in 2011-2015 period, to design specific programs and put forward sustainable solutions to poverty reduction, and to enhance the control of fake and poor quality goods, which are spreading to rural areas in late 2011, said Tu.

Conducting an inspection at the Party Committees at People-Government-Party bloc, at businesses, and at Nhon Trach Party Committee, the inspection delegation at Dong Nai Party Committee led by Member of the Standing Committee at Dong Nai Party Committee and Head of the Commission for People Mobilization Affairs at Dong Nai Party Committee Bui Ngoc Thanh highly appreciated the above units’ achievements in the first half of 2011.

For Nhon Trach District Party Committee, strikes occurred quite often in Nhon Trach. Thus, the district is required to make an accurate assessment of its impact and then find out effective solutions, Thanh noted.

-  It is necessary to fully develop the district’s economic development potentials and strengths, to strengthen inspection, to review all local investment projects; to pay attention to compensation, site clearance, and resettlement to stabilize people's lives; to continue improving educational quality, and to find out solutions to the district’s human resources problem; to enhance the building of Party organs and unions in non-state and foreign-invested businesses, and to start making plans for choosing the district’s staff for the next term.

For the Party Committees of People-Government-Party bloc, Head of the Commission for People Mobilization Affairs at Dong Nai Party Committee hoped that these Party committees would make plans to organize meetings and raise the awareness of Party members’ responsibility in the eyes of businesses, especially of the Party members in foreign-invested companies.

On the morning of July 5, delivering his speech in his working session with Long Thanh Party Committee Member of the Standing Committee at Dong Nai Party Committee and Chairperson of Dong Nai Labor Federation Huynh Tan Kiet noted that Long Thanh needed to pay attention to taking a good care of its laborers, to timely deal with locals’ issues concerning land expropriation, compensation, and site clearance, and to continue creating a high consensus among the people.
