The ceremony was attended by Head and Director of the Southern Representative Agency under Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Nguyen Van Tan, Vice Chairperson of Dong Nai People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Tri, and 44 exemplary culture families.

Three-Generation Culture Family Festival 2011 is the province’s major culture festival that is held to promote Vietnamese families’ traditional culture values ​​and a chance for them to have exchanges, to share experience in building up a cultural family, and to aim at sustainable family development as well.

This festival is a day for all family members to take care of each other, and for the community to care for children, and to join hands in bringing them the best life.

Attending the festival, families will be able to get involved in many exciting and useful activities: family knowledge quiz, music performance, sports, and culinary contests.

Particularly, taking part in this festival, families signed a “Join hands in building up a happy family” agreement.

As a result, the first prize went to Long Thanh, the second prize to Vinh Cuu, and third prize to Xuan Loc.
