To exchange with typical families in the province

 Participating at the ceremony were representatives of departments, functional agencies and 28 typical families in the provinces.

Over the past 5 years, over 50,000 members of 5,000 families in the provinces have been commended and rewarded for their excellent achievements in many fields of everyday life. In addition, many activities on culture, music, sport and entertainment have been organized in localities in the province. Dong Nai always achieves good results in campaign to build a good family every year. In 2005 alone, 421.389 households in the province registered to build good families, making up of 98% of households in the province, 376,106 of which obtain the standards of a civilized family, accounting of 87%.

To popularize this campaign to poor household in mountainous and remote area, over the past 3 years, the provincial Committee for Population, Family and Children in coordination with other agencies such as Department of Culture and Information, Farmer Association and Women Association, has deployed project to construct family club. Up to now, 45 family clubs has been established, attracting over 3,000 members in the province. The members of these clubs meet with each other once a month to discus and exchange experiences on building a good family and to help other poor families to overcome difficulties. In Tan Phu district, 500 members of family club in the district are granted loans with total amount of 2.5 billion VND to do their businesses.

Mr. Duc is talking about his family

At the ceremony, family of Mr. Nguyen Van Duc living in Binh Hoa commune of Vinh Cuu district expresses his happiness to have chance to share his experience on how to become a good father and husband of his family, methods to rear his children. As for Mr. Tran Thanh’s family with 3 generations living together, all the members of this family believe that the tradition of the family has great impact on the life style of every one in the family. It is a good chance for all families to exchange and share their experiences on building a good and happy family in the industrialization and modernization age.
