In 2006, Inspection Boards of all levels examined Party members, Party Committee members that had signs of violation whose number increased more than 23% comparing with that in 2005. Yet, through inspection results, the number of breach cases to an extent of taking disciplinary actions only accounted for 50%, decreasing over 10% comparing with that in 2005. Inspection Boards of all levels were active in analyzing and tackling the information sources to find out timely signs of infringement and to muster all forces to check for clear, helping to prevent and limit serious offences. Dealing with violated Party members by dismissing, expelling and criminal handling was reduced. That citizens denounced Party members via Inspection Boards of all levels grew over 33%; however, accused Party members were treated lessened disciplinary actions (because the contents of accusation were not proper or not to a degree of being tackling). The Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Board assessed that the increase on the number of denunciation letters showed that people trusted the Party, and simultaneously many appropriate authorities hadn’t fully fulfilled their responsibilities in solving people’s complaints and accusations. Besides, the inspection didn’t concentrate on key fields that were likely to arise breach; Party members taking disciplinary actions due to deliberately violating, embezzling, bribing, lacking the spirit of responsibility, and infringing the population and birth-control regulations. On the whole, via the checking, the education and management of Party cadres and members in some places proved to be loose with not very high quality cell activities.

In 2007, Inspection Boards of all levels in the province will focus on checking Party cadres and members’ awareness and lifestyle quality in order to prevent and stop breach. At the same time, Inspection Boards of all levels will also resolutely handle and counsel disciplining violating Party members and organizations. Inspection Boards of all levels will deploy to supervise Party members and organizations in implementing the Party’s instructions and resolutions.
