At the get-together, Mr. Le Hong Phuong extended his new year wishes to get-together participants and to Chinese and ethnic minority communities all over the province.
Phuong announced the remarkable achievements in the areas of socio-economy and national security and defence that Dong Nai obtained in 2010.
Simultaneously, Phuong affirmed that in addition to directions by levels of Party committees and authorities and the enthusiastic response of people from all walks of life, Dong Nai’s past achievements were attributed to the significant contributions of village patriarches, hamlet chiefs and respected and exemplary people in ethnic minority communities in the province to calling for people to join in the implementation of the Party’s guidelines and policies and of the State’s law.
Village patriarches, hamlet chiefs, and respected and exemplary individuals in Chinese and ethnic minority communities in Dong Nai be required to keep making the Great National Unity Bloc stronger and stronger, to attempt to call for people to participate in emulation movements of preserving national and cultural identities, to join hands with the Party organs, authorities and people of Dong Nai in overcoming and enhancing the province’s sustainable industrialization-modernization and socio-economic development, requested Phuong.
Get-together participants plainly stated that Dong Nai’s levels of Party committees and local authorities have done a good job towards ethnic minorities affairs and policies and offered ethnic minority people ample opportunities to take part in various areas.
People’s spiritual and materialistic life has increasingly been increased, added participants.
