Industrial Production Keeps Growing

Dong Nai’s industrial production in July, 2010 is estimated at over VND8.6 trillion (US$450.5 mil), up 2.1 percent compared to June.

Particularly, the production value of state-owned industries, of non-state industries and of foreign investment industries hit VND1.0183 trillion (US$53.3 mil) – up 5.3 percent, VND1.1049 trillion (US$57.9 mil) – up 1.4 percent and VND6.5068 trillion (US$340.8 mil) – up 1.7 percent against June, respectively.

Nine industries show an increase in production value compared to June.

Particularly, some industries like garment-textile, footwear, wood-bamboo processing, paper, publishing, chemical-rubber-plastic and mechanical engineering grow considerably.
