It is estimated that 7 out of 9 industries in October, 2010 show an increase in production value against the previous month while the production value of the two industries: Agricultural Product-Food Processing and Electricity declines by 1.8 percent and 11.8 percent, respectively.
Over the past ten months of 2010, 8 out of 9 industries have seen a rise in production value compared to the same period.
Four industries grow higher than the average level.
Particularly, Agricultural Production-Food Processing, Textile-Garment-Footwear, Wood-Bamboo Processing and Mechanical-Product Making reach VND21.39 trillion (or US$1.09 billion) and rise by 25.5 percent, VND19.92 trillion (or US$1.02 billion and 22.1 percent, VND5.41 trillion (or US$277.52 million) and 17.9 percent and VND11.61 trillion (or US$595.53 million) and 20 percent.
