Dong Nai ranks fifth on industrial production value

Among 11 provinces and cities exceeded the national average growth rate, Vinh Phuc province is occupied the first position with an increase of 41% of industrial production value in the first seven months. Binh Duong province is second with an increase of nearly 34%. Dong Nai province is fifth with an increase of 21.5%. Ho Chi Minh City, despite of its role as national economic center, has an increase of 13%. According to General Statistics Bureau, industrial production value of the whole country in the first seven months is estimated at nearly 245,330 billion Dong, up 16% compared to that of last year reaching the set target. Foreign invested business sector except for oil sector has an increase of 25.2% which is regarded as the seldom growth rate since 2001. Comparing to that of the first seven months in 2004, the current figure has increased twice.
