Winning the trust of delegates of the Congress, on behalf of the comrades of the Provincial Party’s Executive Committee, I would like to express my deepest feelings and sincere thanks to all delegates of the Congress for electing the 52 comrades of us to the Provincial Party’s Executive Committee, for giving us the credit and entrust us with the missions to lead, direct and deploy the contents that have been approved at the Congress.
With great responsibilities that the Congress has assigned to all members of Provincial Party’s Executive Committee term X, we are highly aware that the credit given to us by the Congress is not only a great honor but also a heavy responsibility before the Party Committee and the all people of the province, which requires the Provincial Party’s Executive Committee term X to enhance the solidarity and put all of our efforts into leading, directing and successful achieving all targets and missions that set out in the resolution adopted by the Congress.
In order to fulfill the responsibilities assigned by the Congress, the Provincial Party’s Executive Committee term X wishes to get the consensus and positive supports in all aspects from all comrades and party members of the Party Committee, especially the attention, leadership and direction of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo Committee, the Party Central Committee Secretariat, all ministries, departments and Central associations so that the Dong Nai Provincial Party’s Executive Committee term X can have the most favorable conditions to accomplish the missions assigned by the Congress.
The Provincial Party’s Executive Committee term X would like to promise all delegates of the congress, the Politburo Committee, the Party Central Committee Secretariat, the Party Central Committee:
The first thing we would do is to focus on building a unite solidarity in the Provincial Party’s Executive Committee and the whole Party Committee, inheriting and promoting the precious lessons that confirmed by the Congress to unceasingly improve the efficient leadership and direction of the Provincial Party’s Executive Committee term X in the coming time.
Secondly, we continue to promote the political wisdom and spirit of all members of the Provincial Party’s Executive Committee during the deployment of the Congress Resolution, all Party’s resolutions and directives which set out policies, missions and solutions that are judicious and suitable to the conditions of the province; take advantages of all opportunities, overcome challenges, stay positive and creative, drastically implement and successfully achieve all targets and missions set out at the congress.
Thirdly, we continue improve and widen our leadership; always study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh; foster moral qualities, political qualifications, professional knowledge and skills to best perform the mission assigned; strive to be a bright and good example before the Party Committee and the people, pay more attention to building a comprehensively clean and strong Party Committee without betraying the beliefs of all congress delegates.
Fourthly, we respect and stay closely connected with the local people, always listen to understand and satisfy the rightful and legitimate aspirations of every officer, party member and citizen; establish a cuddle relationship between the Party and the people, between every Commissioner of the Provincial Party’s Executive Committee term X with the citizens.
