Up to the present, all 17 communes and towns of Trang Bom district have finished advanced one-stop and interconnected one-stop shop mechanism. This is a breakthrough in administrative reforms from communal to districtual levels.

* More convenience for local citizens
Local citizens now have more favorable conditions when they come to administrative agencies. There are now tables, chairs and water at declaration sections and waiting sections… There is also an official available to kindly support local citizens… That is what advanced one-stop and interconnected one-stop shop mechanism offices have brought into operation.
Mr. Do Van The, a citizen of Hung Long hamlet, Hung Thinh commune eagerly shared that: “I am very happy with the interconnected one-stop shop mechanism of the commune. It will help us save more time and the officials are also very supportive. We can feel the enthusiasm and gentleness from the officials, which strengthens our trust in the government when we come to state agencies. The government now has an exemplary and trustworthy team of officials”.
As for some communes that have industrial zones such as: Ho Nai 3, Bac Son, Binh Minh, Song Trau... when the population density is high and it consists of immigrants from many places, the operation of advanced one-stop and interconnected one-stop shop mechanism is welcomed by local citizens, especially in the fields of registrar, household and health insurance.
Before, according to the regulation, infant birth certificates used to be issued by the People’s Committees of communes and towns, health insurance cards were issued by the districtual social insurance office, additional household member registration was handled by communal police. Now, all advanced one-stop and interconnected one-stop shop systems in all communes and towns have been simultaneously operating “3 in 1” interconnected administrative procedures including: issuing birth certificates, handling additional household member registration and issuing health insurance cards. Local citizens only need to submit their applications at the People’s Committees in their communes and towns and they will receive the results on the appointed day and time, which will help them save a lot of time and traveling expenses.
Simplified administrative procedures
People’s Committee of Trang Bom district has been investing in modern facilities and equipment to deploy advanced one-stop and interconnected one-stop shop mechanism such as: facility renovation, electric devices, network infrastructure, one-stop shop software…
Beside such facilities as: tables and chairs, electric fans serving for organizations and individuals coming for transactions, the one-stop shop section is also equipped with special system and software dedicatedly serving for handling administrative procedures, supervising cameras, photocopiers and printers… The district also publicizes all administrative procedures through a bulletin board which create more favorable conditions for the local citizens to update information…
Especially, the organizational structure and personnel of one-stop shop sections of People’s Committees of communes and town in Trang Bom district have been strengthened in accordance with the requirement on advanced one-stop and interconnected one-stop shop mechanism. Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Mong Thuy, a one-stop shop officer of Hung Thinh commune said that: “I find that the advanced one-stop and interconnected one-stop shop software is very convenient, which makes the searching and managing records much easier on the software…”
