Students from colleges and universities in Dong Nai are in response to voluntary blood donation campaign |
Accordingly, the campaign is carried out with two major programs: “Red drops of blood for babies” and “Blood week”.
The programs carry the following main messages: “Donate blood for a healthy community, “A healthy heart – give blood to save life”, and “Join hands for children in need of blood”, and so on.
At the launching ceremony, Chairperson of Dong Nai Red Cross Vuong Thi Quyen said that Summer 2011 Blood Donation campaign is an important activity that makes contributions to bringing life and health to thousands of patients in need of blood, strengthening and increasing the number of blood donors in order that under any circumstances blood will be provided for those in need of blood.
Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign Steering Committee called for agencies, social organizations, businesses, schools, armed forces and employees at all levels of authorities to participate in the campaign.
