According to Dong Nai Federation of Labor’s figures, in the first half of 2011 Dong Nai’s 52 companies have signed collective labor agreements, bringing the number of companies signing collective labor agreements up to 562.

Signing collective labor agreements will encourage workers to work more effectively

According to figures, signing collective labor agreements in state-owned companies have showed advantages and seriousness.

In private-owned companies, foreign-invested companies were slow to sign collective labor agreements and some contents of the agreements were carried out to deal with law.
