Particularly, local authorities, agencies, units, social and political organizations need  transparency during the enforcement of legal regulations on social security and the solving of social security issues such as social insurance, health insurance, assistance for social policy beneficiaries, and calling for  voluntary donations.

The transparency, inspection, and supervision are required to comply with legal regulations on social security to ensure that these regulations are obeyed, to prevent violations, and to combat corruption and waste in the enforcement of law on social security.

If a violation is detected, the punishment will be given according to law.
