According to the report of Dong Nai Standing Executive Committee for “People Unite to Build up A Cultural Life” campaign in the province, this model has been expanded and improved over the first nine months of 2011.

Propaganda programs have been paid special attention to. Examples of “Good person, good deed” and collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in production activities and life have been honored in a timely manner, which contributes to raising the awareness of classes of people and calls for people to participate in the campaign.

100 percent of communes, wards, and towns have registered to be a place that is fighting with prostitution and drug addiction strongly and that has 100 percent of agencies and units registering for the building of cultural life. Particularly, 78.3 percent of state-owned companies have registered for it and 99 percent of households have registered for the building of cultural families.

Up to now, 87 percent of hamlets and quarters have won cultural titles and it is estimated that 96 percent of households were recognized as cultural families in the first nine months of 2011.

Therefore, propaganda and education activities are required to be strengthened among people from all walks of life with the aim of making the campaign a victory and contributing to the province’s socio-economic development.
