To implement female workers model effectively, the Central Women's Association has made field trips to many regions. Female workers in Song May Industrial Zone

Vice Chairperson of the Standing Committee at Dong Nai Women’s Association Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa said that the province has 221 groups of landladies with a membership fo 4,103 women and 7 clubs of landladies with a membership of 118 women, and some organizations that operate according to Labor Federation’s female worker assistance model that is associated with landlady models in Ho Nai, Trang Bom. In addition, there are other models such as giving assistance to the children of female workers living far away from home in Hoa An, Bien Hoa; female workers living far away from home in Binh Da; drug and social evil-free clubs in Nhon Trach and Trang Bom.

These models increasingly attract a large number of workers and landladies. Besides, grassroots women’s associations have developed new models that operate effectively: two clubs of young and happy workers with a membership of 66 people and called for 115 landladies to build up civilized boarding houses that help workers stabilize their lives.

The seminar

During the talk, delegates had discussion and contributed many ideas to the implementation of the 7th term Central Party Committee’s Resolution no. 07 on the building of female workers model in industrial and processing zones in the areas where industrial parks are located.
