The report by Dong Nai Police says that over nine years of implementation the government’s Decree no. 08 specifying criteria for security and order for some sectors of conditional business shows that Dong Nai police force has played its role as a good counsellor for levels of authorities on performing the state management functions towards some conditional business sectors, and taken initiative to collaborate with sectors and unions in disseminating law to all classes of people, organizations, and individuals who are doing business in the sectors that require security and order related criteria.
Over nine years, Dong Nai has inspected 603,189 conditional businesses.
Through inspection more than 15,000 violation cases have been detected and dealt with.
Nearly 3,000 cases have received warnings. An amount of over VND4 billion has been contributed to the state budget.
Thereby, the management of conditional business sectors has been taken in shape and business owners have raised their awareness of complying with legal regulations.
At the conference, Dong Nai Police told police forces from units and all parts of the province about Ministry of Police’s Circular no. 33 specifying criteria for security and order for some sectors of conditional business according to the government’s decree, Dong Nai People’s Committee’s directive and Director of Dong Nai Police’s plan.
On this occasion, collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements over nine years of implementation of the government’s Decree no. 08 were awarded Dong Nai People’s Committee and Director of Dong Nai Police’s certificates of merit.
