Houses of Compassion Handed over to Agent Orange Victims in Thong Nhat District

On September 9 morning, Dong Nai Agent Orange/dioxin Victim Association in cooperation with No.8 Vocational Training College held a ceremony to hand houses of compassion over to Agent Orange victims in Thong Nhat district.

A house of compassion is passed to Nguyen Thi Ngoc Van, an Agent Orange Victim

    The families that received houses of compassion included Mrs. Le Thi Muoi’s family (in Lac Son helmet, Quang Trung commune) and Nguyen Thi Ngoc Van’s (in Gia Yen hamlet, Gia Tan commune). Each house is worth VND20 million (US$1,124) totally sponsored by the college.

    By the way, the provincial Agent Orange/dioxin Victim Association and Bank for Social Policies gave gifts including on electric fans and baby clothes to these families.
