This training session was to raise industrial park employers and workers’ awareness of labor sanitation and safety policies and laws according to Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs’ Circular no.37/2005/TT.

Business participants in labor sanitation and safety training session

The training contents consist of the following special subjects:

- Labor sanitation and safety protection policies applicable to company employees, and employers and workers’ rights and responsibilities towards labor protection.

- Newly-established labor sanitation and safety regulations, expansion and renovation of constructions and facilities, use and preservation, storage and verification of machinery  of all types, and equipment and supplies that need strict requirements for labor sanitation and safety.

- Requirements for declaration, survey, statistics, and workplace accident report.

- Administrative penalty regulations concerning labor sanitation and safety violations.

- Hazards in production, determining methods, and measures to improve working conditions,

- Implementation methods of grassroots labor protection work, responsibilities and rights, and grassroots labor unions’ labor sanitation and safety activities.

- Legal documents and criteria, technical labor protection regulations, and labor sanitation and safety.
